DG型車輛(liang)用(yong)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸為雙(shuang)作用(yong)單(dan)活(huo)塞桿式液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸,主(zhu)要用(yong)于車輛(liang)、工程機(ji)械、起重機(ji)械、礦山機(ji)械、冶金(jin)機(ji)械及其它機(ji)械的(de)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)系統。





零部件(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)的影響問題,在液壓缸的制(zhi)造過程中(zhong)應嚴格控(kong)制(zhi)缸體(ti)內壁(bi)和活塞(sai)桿表(biao)面加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du),特別是幾何精(jing)度(du),尤其直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)是關鍵(jian),在國內加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)中(zhong),活塞(sai)桿表(biao)面的加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)基(ji)(ji)本上是車后磨削,保(bao)證直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)問題不(bu)大,但對于缸體(ti)內壁(bi)的加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),其加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很多,有鏜削-滾壓、鏜削-珩磨、直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)珩磨等(deng),但由(you)于國內材(cai)料(liao)的基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)水平較(jiao)國外(wai)有差(cha)距,管材(cai)坯料(liao)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)差(cha),壁(bi)厚不(bu)均勻(yun)、硬(ying)度(du)不(bu)均勻(yun)等(deng)因(yin)素,往往直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)影響缸體(ti)內壁(bi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后的直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du),因(yin)此建議(yi)采用鏜削-滾壓、鏜削-珩磨工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),如直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)珩磨,則必(bi)須首先提高管材(cai)坯料(liao)的直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)。

在允許的情況下(xia),液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)壁厚(hou)安(an)全系數盡量選(xuan)大一些(xie),使缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)厚(hou)壁增加,特別是(shi)高壓工(gong)況下(xia)使用的油缸(gang)(gang)(gang),以減小(xiao)油壓下(xia)的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)變(bian)形,變(bian)形后的缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)也會引起(qi)液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)低速(su)爬(pa)行。
現(xian)象(一):機械(xie)損傷
原因:
1.在(zai)配合(he)面上(shang)有傷痕
2.含有金屬(shu)類雜(za)(za)物或其它雜(za)(za)質
3.裝(zhuang)配時配合面倒角處有毛(mao)刺
防止措施:
1.裝配前檢查,清洗干凈零件,不允許有任何雜質進入
2.改善系統過濾裝置,按時更換系統介質
3.加大配合(he)面的(de)倒角(jiao),并使(shi)之盡量光滑,去掉(diao)毛刺和飛(fei)邊(bian)
原因:
1.配(pei)合間隙(xi)設(she)計過大
2.系統(tong)壓力過高(gao)
3.支(zhi)撐環剛度不夠產(chan)生(sheng)間隙
防止措施:
1.減少配合間隙
2.加支撐環
3.壓力過高,可(ke)增加一(yi)道緩(huan)沖密封
3.重新選擇密封材料
4.更改支撐環材料(liao)或尺寸(cun)
